3 years of wrestling experience or less. geared to learning the fundamentals of folkstyle (scholastic) wrestling. the foundation for every wrestling career.
advanced practice
4 years of wrestling experience or more. higher paced with elite training in freestyle/greco-roman (international) wrestling as well as folkstyle (scholastic). prepare for fargo, next season, and beyond.
